How to generate it (1 minute)

Press Win+R, type the command below and hit Enter.
dxdiag /t %USERPROFILE%\Desktop\dxdiag.txt

Tip: Run this command — the file is saved as dxdiag.txt on your Desktop automatically.
The DirectX Diagnostic window opens. Click "Save All Information…" at the bottom.
Save it to your Desktop. It will be created as `dxdiag.txt`.
